We never set-out to make dresses for the masses, moreso hand-cut limited-edition dresses made locally. This influences our Exchange & Returns policy which ensures no precious dress ever goes to waste with your help.
Exchange & Return Policy: Please contact to us within 7 days of receiving your dress, to initiate an Exchange or Return. We accept new & unworn garments that can be perfectly refreshed for our dress waiting lists. Return costs are a customer responsibility & we extend our below market postal rates (international & domestic) to safely return dress with delivery tracking. Please click below to access our rates:
START YOUR RETURNExchanges: Dresses are limited & sell-out quickly click so please ‘Start your Return’ & reserve your exchange at earliest convenience. Processing your return: Please return your dress back to us asap, within 3-5 days from submitting your return request. Fold dress back into ebX Tote with Style Guide & protect with a mail satchel. You’ll receive email confirmation once we receive your return which will credit your original payment method (less return shipping costs).
Loose threads or flaws: Our dresses are made by hand the old-fashioned way, we don’t use commercial machinery & threads are a natural part of dressmaking. Our QA team work to remove all threads and if you find one please carefully snip. If you’re concerned & believe your dress has a flaw please contact us; quote your Order Number & provide photos that outline your concern.

Textile: Every ebX dress is made from locally sourced recycled or upcycled textile. Our textiles airy drape is integral to dress supporting you 3 ways:
1. With soft drape dress enhances your silhouette now & as your shape evolves.
2. Elevating every occasion switching from chic daywear to sophisticated evening.
3. Dress adapts 7 ways with a simple sash twist (no wardrobe change needed).
We work with one textile only for good reason. Luxuriously soft, our Japanese Technical Silk is 'vegan' & made with proteins spun into the finest denier thread to create a dress of supreme quality, that looks & feels incredible against your skin.
Care: Our dresses feel fragile but they’re resilient and require minimal care
- Non-Iron (cool iron or steam is ok)
- Machine wash by placing dress in a quality wash-bag on a short, cold cycle with gentle detergent and air-dry
If you experience static, add fabric softener to rinse cycle or spray dress with an anti-static spray eg: Statique.
