Consciously considered: We researched the world’s leading sustainable brands for best business practice which influences every aspect of our offering as we work small scale, minimising carbon footprint & waste. We never set-out to make dresses for the masses, moreso hand-cut limited-edition dresses made locally. This influences our Exchange & Returns policy which ensures no precious dress ever goes to waste with your help.

Exchange & Return Policy: Please contact to us within 7 days of receiving your dress, to initiate an Exchange or Return. We accept new & unworn garments that can be perfectly refreshed for our dress waiting lists. Return costs are a customer responsibility & we extend our below market postal rates (international & domestic) to safely return dress with delivery tracking. International Duty & Tax Refunds: Dress is 'Australian Made' & Tax Free in most countries. UK Customers: From March '24 we ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) & pre-pay VAT to HMRC, pre-clearing your dress for delivery. For UK refunds ebX refunds dress component & you'll apply to HMRC for VAT refund (GBP 50)

Exchanges: Dresses are limited & sell-out quickly click so please ‘Start your Return’ & reserve your exchange at earliest convenience. If you’d like help with dress size & length please view our Size and Length guide & connect with our in-stylist with your enquiry via e: hello@everbyx.com.

Processing your return: Please return your dress back to us asap, within 3-5 days from submitting your return request. Fold dress back into ebX Tote with Style Guide & protect with a mail satchel. You’ll receive email confirmation once we receive your return which will credit your original payment method (less return shipping costs).

Loose threads or flaws: Our dresses are made by hand the old-fashioned way, we don’t use commercial machinery & threads are a natural part of dressmaking. Our QA team work to remove all threads and if you find one please carefully snip. If you’re concerned & believe your dress has a flaw please contact us; quote your Order Number & provide photos that outline your concern.

Textile: Every ebX dress is made from locally sourced recycled or upcycled textile. Our textiles airy drape is integral to dress supporting you 3 ways:

1. Soft drape dress enhances your silhouette now & as your shape evolves. 
2. Elevates every occasion transitioning from chic daywear to sophisticated event.  
3. Dress drape adapts 7 ways with a sash twist (no wardrobe change needed).

We work with one textile only for good reason. Sourced after a worldwide search for a high quality textile extending the wearer the conveniences of a) wash & wear, non-iron ease & b) daywear to evening transition our Japanese Technical 'Vegan Silk' is a new innovation, created with bio-synthetic proteins (based on yeast & sugar) spun into the finest denier thread creating a textile of supreme lustrous quality, that looks & feels incredible on and is kind to skin, allergies & sensitivities. 

Colour: We work hard to represent dress colour accurately. Our silky textile reflects light & throws several shades of base dress colour, so dress will lighten (& brighten) by day & deepen by night. And please consider every monitor & mobile displays colours differently.

Care: Our dresses feel fragile but they’re resilient and require minimal care

If you experience static, add fabric softener to rinse cycle or spray dress with an anti-static spray like Statique.
