Our hope: That you land somewhere exciting in receiving ONE Dress. And in visiting Style Masterclass you begin to build on exciting looks, for AM/PM, with favourite shoes & accessories. Rest assured everyone’s experience with ONE Dress is unique & our in-house stylist is standing by to assist.

Consciously considered: We researched the worlds leading sustainable fashion brands for best business practice which influences every aspect of the ebX offering as we work small scale, minimising carbon footprint & waste. We never set-out to make dresses for the masses, moreso limited edition dresses that are hand cut & made locally. This influences our Exchange & Returns policy which ensures no dress ever goes to waste with your help.

Exchange & Return Policy: We accept Exchanges & Return requests that we receive within 7 days from you receiving dress. We can only accept new & unworn garments that can be perfectly refreshed for resale in our managing dress wait lists. Click here to start your Dress Exchange & Return.

Exchanges: As dresses are limited & sellout quickly click here to arrange your return & select new dress at earliest convenience. Our in-house stylist can assist you with size enquiries & new release colours.

Processing your return: Dress must be returned quickly, within 5 days of submitting return request. Return dress by your preferred method which must be registered with parcel tracking. Dress must be packed within original dust-bag, with style guide, protected by a Mail Satchel (ours is reusable). You’ll receive email confirmation once we receive your return & refund will credit your original payment method.

Loose threads or flaws: Our dresses are made by hand the old-fashioned way. We don’t use commercial machinery & threads are a natural part of dressmaking. Our QA team work to remove all threads and if you find one please snip. If you’re concerned & believe your dress is faulty please contact us; quote your Order Number & provide photos that outline your concern.
