Consciously considered: We researched the world’s leading sustainable brands for best practice which influences our working small scale, minimising carbon footprint & waste. We don’t mass produce! Our focus is hand-cut limited-edition luxury dresses made locally. This influences our Exchange & Returns policy which ensures no dress goes to waste with your help.
Exchange & Return Policy: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your dress. To start your Dress Excange please enter Portal below. For Refunds please email: hello@everbyx.com. We only accept new & unworn garments that can be perfectly refreshed for our dress waiting lists. Return costs are a customer responsibility.
International Duty & Tax Refunds: Dress is 'Australian Made' & Tax Free in most countries. UK Customers: From March '24 we ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) & pre-pay VAT to HMRC. For UK refunds ebX refunds dress component & you'll apply to HMRC for VAT refund (GBP 50)
DRESS EXCHANGE PORTALExchanges: Dresses are limited & sell-out quickly so please ‘Start your Exchange’ & reserve new dress at earliest convenience. If you’d like help with dress size & length please view our Size and Length guide & connect with our in-stylist with your enquiry via e: hello@everbyx.com.
Processing your return: Please return dress back to us asap, within 3-5 days from submitting your return request. Fold dress back into ebX Tote with Style Guide & protect with a mail satchel. For refunds you’ll receive email confirmation once your return is received which will credit your original payment method (less return shipping costs.
Loose threads or flaws: Our dresses are made by hand the old-fashioned way, we don’t use commercial machinery & threads are a natural part of dressmaking. Our QA team work to remove all threads and if you find one please carefully snip. If you’re concerned & believe your dress has a flaw please contact us; quote your Order Number & provide photos that outline your concern.
