Every dress journey is unique - we hope yours takes you somewhere exciting, styled your way, AM to PM. Our Fit Guide will help select your length. Our in-house stylist is also standing by to assist.

Exchange & Returns: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your dress. Start an exchange or refund by contacting us asap e: hello@everbyx.com. Consciously no dress ever goes to waste, so fast returns help. Return by your preferred method.

International Duty & Tax: Our dresses are Australian Made & tax-free in most countries. UK: From March '24, we ship Delivery Duty Paid, pre-paying VAT to HMRC. For refunds, ebX refunds dress price—you’ll claim VAT refund with HMRC.

Exchanges: Dresses sell out fast—Start Your Exchange early to reserve yours. Need sizing help? Check our Fit Guide or email: hello@everbyx.com.

Return Process: Return your dress within 3-5 days of your request. Pack in the ebX Tote with Style Guide (& Gift if you received one) and use a mail satchel. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus return shipping) upon receipt.

Loose Threads & Flaws: Handmade the old-fashioned way, our dresses may have natural threads—simply snip if needed. If you spot a flaw, contact us with photos & your Order Number.
