What's the difference between 'The Original Multiwear Dress' & 'The Multiwear Shirt Dress? Both dresses have the same XS-XXL fit & come in 3 lengths (Petite, Midi & Grande). 'The Original Dress' neckline opens to waist & 'The Shirt Dress' neckline opens to hem (so dress can be unbuttoned & worn as a Duster Jacket).
How do I select my size? Dress is intentionally over-sized, with soft textile that draws in without bulk. It means dress evolves with you through size & shape changes. All dresses fit XS-XXL leaving you to choose your preferred length - Petite, Midi & Grande. Choose length based on a) your height or b) preferred hem length. View our Fit Guide.
Do you provide instructions on how to wear dress? Even better! On purchase we gift you access STYLE MASTERCLASS, a hub of simple Style Tutorials with swift style solutions that you'll tap into anywhere, anytime on any device.
Where do you deliver? When will my dress arrive? We despatch same day from Sydney to most-of-world offering Standard, Express & Couriers. Australian deliveries arrive within 1-5 days. International deliveries within 7-15 days. UK delivery has resumed & dress is now TAX FREE with no more to pay. EU delivery is on hold due to high import taxes.
International taxes: Dress is 'Australian Made' & Tax Free in most countries. Tax policies can change & differ from country to country. US customers: Purchases of 1-3 dresses are under tax threshold & tax free. UK: From March '24 we pre-pay your VAT Tax with dresses arriving direct. This means for UK refunds, we refund dress component & you'll apply to HMRC for VAT refund. Canada, Japan & UAE: Local taxes are payable. EU: Due to high import taxes we've paused shipping.
I need dress red-hot urgently? Relax! If in Sydney, order before 10am and select "Same Day Courier" for same day dress delivery. Australia Wide order by 10am via "Next Day Courier" & receive dress next business day Metro (If regional allow an extra day). Internationally order asap via International Courier option & receive dress within 5-7 days.
What payment methods to you accept? We offer AfterPay, PayPal & all Credit Cards.
Is dress recommended as a travel dress? Absolutely! Dress arrives folded in a mini-tote, perfect for stowing in carry-on & dropping on before disembarking. Dress is compact & lightweight (20x25x8cm 500g). Dress adapts on-the-go, so you can switch looks throughout your day with no wardrobe change. Dress is hand & machine washable, fast drying & non-iron with two deep functional pockets.
Perfectly Imperfect Dresses: A collection of dresses that haven't passed ebX quality checks due to dressmaking or textile flaws. Dresses are final sale and illegible for exchange & return. Please see our Fit Guide; choose your dress carefully & enjoy the savings.
Shop & SAVE: From Nov 2023 we introduced 'Shop & SAVE that provides customers incremental savings when purchasing two or more dresses. As a small maker, with very limited stock, we’ll open up S&S as frequently as we can & advise subscribers via eDM. Shop & SAVE runs storewide, including best sellers, new releases & limited releases - every colour & every length. Subscribe to gain advance access to Shop & SAVE promotions & new colour releases.
Free Shipping Offers: We'll occasionally offer 'Free Shipping' promotions, which is to the value of A$30. You'll then pay the shortfall in the unlikely situation that your shipping costs exceeds this.

Who makes ONE Dress? Our Production House is located within an eight minute stroll from our Studio in Sydney, Australia. How do you ensure quality? We work shoulder-to-shoulder with our local suppliers and Production House meeting regularly to 'share the knowledge'. Each Dress is finished by hand, cross-checked & pre-approved by me personally.

How do pre-orders work? We produce in very small runs in line with demand. If we're mid-run we'll offer next available dresses for reserve via presale & despatch same day that dresses are received. In the heady world of 'slow fashion' great things take time & the wait is always worthwhile.
