We dispatch all orders received by 12pm AEST same day, with orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched next business day. Delivery time frames are an estimate provided by our shipping partners. Delays in transit can occur & are unforeseen.
ebX covers the first $20 towards shipping fee, this saving is automatically applied at checkout when you select Standard, Express or Courier delivery. Your Order Confirmation will include a link to track dress delivery.
Pre-orders: We produce dresses in small limited runs & attempt to meet demand. Please preorder to reserve next available dress & we'll pre-prepare your parcel for despatch same day that dresses are received. In the heady world of 'slow fashion' great things take time & the wait's always worthwhile.

Duties & Taxes? Dress is 'Australian Made' & Tax Free in most countries. Tax policies can change & differ from country to country:
- US: Purchases of 1-3 dresses are tax free, as under tax threshold.
- UK: From March '24 we ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) & pre-pay VAT to HMRC, pre-clearing your dress for delivery. For UK refunds ebX refunds dress component & you'll apply to HMRC for VAT refund (GBP 50).
- EU: Shipping to EU is paused due to high import taxes.
- Canada, Japan & UAE: Local taxes are payable.
