The Knot Tie
Drop garment on with sash already threaded through & ready. Experiment with ties, from a loose bow or half bow & see where you land!
For the Knot, the sash runs across your front, through the inside of your garment, between the eyelets. And it's this inside section that's key to adapting drape. Alyse (5'6) wears Chai Original Midi.

The Half Kaftan Tie
Soft & chic. Drop garment on with sash threaded through front eyelets, sash section running across inner front.
Pull both sash ends to the back. Tie in a loose bow at centre-back. Shift the bow to sit above one hip. Hands in pockets to anchor. Add a sandal or sneaker.

The Sheath Tie
Hello, Grecian Goddess. Drop garment on with sash threaded through front eyelets, sash section running across inner front.
Crossover sash 1-2x at centre-front, pull to centre-back & knot. A tie variation: Crossover at centre-back & bring ends to centre-front to knot. Hands in pockets to anchor. Add a metallic heel or knee-high boot.

The Cape
Ferociously feminine with dramatic batwing arm. Drop garment on with sash threaded through front eyelets, sash section running across your back.
To position across back: tug inner sash loop longer & step over it so the sash section sits across your back. Variation: remove garment, lengthen loop, step over & drop back on.
Tie a knot, loose bow or half bow at centre-front or to one side. Your batwing sleeve changes shape as you slide eyelets inward or outward along your sash. Experiment & wear your way.

The Crossover
An everyday classic. Like The Cape, drop garment on with sash threaded through front eyelets, sash section running across your back.
To position across back: tug inner sash loop longer & step over it so the sash section sits across your back. Variation: remove garment, lengthen loop, step over & drop back on.
Crossover sash at centre-front & knot at centre-back. Hands in pockets to anchor. Add a sandal or kitten slingback.

The Cinch
Our timeless sundress shape. Remove sash from eyelets & experiment with these variations:
#1. Tie sash at waist in a knot or floppy bow. Position at centre-front or to one side.
#2. Crossover sash at centre-front & knot at centre-back. Shift knot forward to sit at centre-front.
#3. Swap sash for a metallic or vintage belt. Hands in pockets to anchor & position.

Our all time favourite way of wearing, wether racing to pilates or pounding Parisian streets - drop your dress over favourite activewear & tie any which way.
CARE ADVICE:
Your dress is designed to save you time, this includes minimal care - she's machine washable, fast drying & non-iron!
WASH ADVICE: Pop dress in a quality wash bag. Wash with similar colours on a cold, short cycle with gentle liquid. If you experience static add fabric softener to the rinse cycle or spray dress with Anti-static spray.
DRYING & STEAMING: To gain best non-iron result dry flat or on a clothes hanger. Use a cool iron or steamer if preferred.
DRESS CARE: As with all quality garments, wash infrequently & refresh with fresh air when possible.
